PMSI offers heating, cooling and refrigeration maintenance contracts to provide commercial and industrial customers with service on a routine, scheduled basis. A maintenance contract will ensure that your heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration system is serviced regularly and always at optimal performance.

PMSI offers three types of maintenance programs:  The Gold Star Maintenance, Silver Star Maintenance and a Customized Maintenance.  Maintenances can be designed to occur annually, bi-annually, or quarterly.
