Roger began his career in the mechanical engineering field, where he held various engineering positions throughout Missouri until 1984, when he changed his career path. Since that time, Roger has accumulated over 32 years of experience in the HVAC field. In 1986, he and his family moved to Fresno, California, where he later became a member of UA Local #246 - Plumbers, Pipe, Steam & Refrigeration Fitters, and attended the Joint Apprenticeship Training Program, receiving his Journeyman card in 1994. During this time, Roger's work expanded into the Commercial/Industrial HVAC field, including controls. Roger also served as an Instructor at the UA Local Union #246 Joint Apprenticeship Training School. After years of worsening knee problems, Roger was forced to have knee replacement surgery and was told by the surgeon that he could not return to the field. While recovering from surgery, Roger served as the Refrigeration & Controls Instructor at San Joaquin Valley College. At this point, Roger pursued his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Fresno Pacific University. Since graduation, Roger has served as Service Manager and Operations Manager at multiple HVAC companies.
In 2016, Roger was honored to join four of his colleagues, all extremely talented in their specialized areas, to form Precision Mechanical Solutions, Inc., where he serves as President and Chief Financial Officer. Roger resides with Tammy, his wife of 45 years. They have been blessed with three adult married children and seven grandchildren. In addition to attending his grandchildren's various sports events, Roger enjoys playing golf, the occasional adventure into the mountains with his two sons, son-in-law, and grandchildren for camping, dirt bike and quad rides, and target shooting. Roger also enjoys watching his baseball team (St Louis Cardinals) and cheering on his four-time Super Bowl winning football team, the Kansas City Chiefs. Roger and his wife attend Harmony Church in Fresno, California.
Russ's career in the HVAC industry began while attending College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California, working at a wholesale HVAC/R supply house. In 1985, Russ went to work for one of his customer's doing supermarket refrigeration and air conditioning for a local grocery store chain in Tulare, Kings, and Fresno Counties. In 1987, Russ moved to a Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service contractor in Fresno and has continued to work in that arena ever since. He completed his Apprenticeship at UA Local 246 in Fresno, in 1994, where he later worked evenings as an instructor for 17+ years. During his time as an instructor, Russ attended a 5-year UA Instructor Training Program in Ann Arbor, Michigan, earning his Instructor's Certification and Associate of Applied Science degree in Industrial Training.
Russ joined forces with the other principals of Precision Mechanical Solutions, Inc., in 2016, and enjoys working with the team to provide career opportunities for the next generation of HVAC/R technicians.
Russ resides with Danine, his wife of over 40 years, in Visalia. Together they have two children and one grandchild. Their daughter, and mother of their grandchild, is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz, and a Montessori teacher in the North Hollywood/Burbank area. Their son is a graduate of Saint Mary's College of California and is a customer representative for an international spirits company. Besides spending time with his children and grandchild, Russ enjoys golfing, bicycling, woodworking, cooking, and target shooting. Russ and his wife are parishioners of Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Visalia, California.
Sue moved to Fresno in 1974 from a small valley community town -- Porterville, California. Since that time, she has been employed in the air conditioning and heating industry. Three years later, she was asked to work for a new HVAC start-up company. Sue was in charge of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Payroll Departments. After 25 years with the same company, she had the opportunity to move into Maintenance Sales and Customer Service Division with a larger, reputable company in Fresno. Sue remained in this position for 13 years, always looking for ways to strengthen and increase her customer base. In 2016, Sue had the opportunity to venture out with four talented colleagues to begin her journey as Vice President - Service Operations, of Precision Mechanical Solutions, Inc.
Sue continues to reside in Fresno. She has three adult children and has also been blessed with 11 grandchildren who keep her very busy with their sports and daily activities. When not working or watching sports, Sue likes to travel with friends and family. Sue attends Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Fresno, California.
